Abandoned anti-aircraft missile base
After the end of the Cold War, many missile bases have become redundant like this in the Pechersk forests. This puts into perspective the futility of making agreements with the US/NATO. This happened on one side, while the other grew into a ravenous monster killing machine to do whatever it wanted to whomever it wanted. After this sort of detrioration, is restoration something practical here?
